Weighbridge Coordinator - Dandenong | Immediate Start Available

Temp | Full-Time | $37-$38 p/h + potential extension

Are you an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? We are partnering with a leading national recycling and resource‑recovery organisation seeking a Weighbridge Coordinator to support their Dandenong facility.

This is a 6‑month full-time assignment with strong potential for extension and an immediate start available.


About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, 1pm-9pm (38 hours per week), you will play a key part in ensuring accurate weighbridge operations and providing essential administrative support to the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and reconciling weighbridge documentation
  • Accurately capturing and identifying all vehicles entering the facility
  • Daily liaison with drivers, transport companies, outsource providers and plant operators
  • Investigating weighbridge error logs and working with customers/councils to resolve discrepancies
  • Reconciling weighbridge invoices and ensuring data accuracy
  • Tracking, recording and verifying container loads
  • Completing daily/weekly/monthly weighbridge reporting
  • Compiling tonnage reports and monthly RCTI documentation for Accounts
  • Participating in safety initiatives, toolbox talks and incident reporting
  • Overseeing weighbridge equipment to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in a fast-paced operational environment. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in weighbridge operations, administration or similar
  • Exposure to waste management, manufacturing, warehousing or transport (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills - both face-to-face and over radio
  • Strong attention to detail and sound numerical ability
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and technical systems/software
  • The ability to apply consistent standards to traffic flow and data accuracy
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
