The Role

This is a pivotal support role where you'll work closely with both senior and junior lawyers ensuring smooth file management, exceptional client service and streamlined operations. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• File management
• Client management
• Liaising with clients, barristers, report writers, mediators etc
• Diary management and workflow coordination
• Billing - end to end process - including debtor management
• Filing
• Archiving
• Safe custody
• Dictaphone transcription

Who We Are Looking For

• 2 + years experience as a Legal Assistant
• Proven experience in Family Law department
• Solidi Administrative Experience
• A strong understanding of legal processes and confidentiality
• The ability to prioritise tasks and display initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A proven history of meeting deadlines
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proactive management skills
• A solutions-focused mindset and commitment to professional excellence
