We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This casual role offers ongoing hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are valued.

You'll be working under direct supervision and collaborating with a team dedicated to producing high-quality rubber products. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in developing their skills across various machinery, including extruders.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with machinery, including extruders (training provided).

• Measure and verify product dimensions to ensure they meet specifications.

• Pack and prepare finished goods for delivery.

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and protocols.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

• Ensure quality and efficiency standards are met consistently.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.

• Prior experience with extruders or similar machinery is desirable.

• Mechanically minded with a strong willingness to learn.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

• Experience in rubber manufacturing is a strong advantage but not essential.
