About the Role

• Design and redesign complex layouts and drawings according to verbal and written specifications from customer service and management

• Produce CAD drawings for new or improved products using industry standards

• Create digital designs and samples with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Build marking programs and manage timely execution, including feedback and corrections with senior leads

• Review and resolve layout compatibility issues; offer alternative design concepts to meet customer needs

• Maintain the Marking Book, monitor daily marking program performance, and troubleshoot issues

• Assist the team with improvement projects and maintain documentation to company standards

• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, quality controls, and EHS procedures

• Contribute to continuous improvement and assist with EHS objectives, audits, and training

What You'll Bring

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop essential; AutoCAD or Autodesk experience a plus

• Keen eye for detail, creative approach, and strong problem-solving ability
