Join our busy Brisbane warehouse team as a Supervisor. We're seeking someone who can lead from the front and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

About the Role:

• Supervise, coach, and support staff to create a positive and productive environment

• Champion safety at all times and promote a culture of safe work practices

• Oversee stock levels, cycle counts, container handling, and pallet management

• Coordinate with contractors, AQIS officers, and logistics partners for smooth daily operations

• Maintain high standards of customer service, housekeeping, and process efficiency

• Monitor and optimise labour and consumables usage to help control costs

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse supervision or a senior storeperson role

• Strong skills in team leadership, numeracy, and basic IT

• Effective and clear communication-both written and verbal

• Experience with problem solving and setting work priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Commitment to continuous improvement and upholding food safety procedures
