About the role
As a Mechanical Fitter you'll be essential in the success of massive infrastructure projects in Newcastle. As part of a friendly team you'll perform maintenance on different types of fixed plant equipment while ensuring everyone gets home safely.
Key responsibilities
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance on a variety of fixed plant equipment
- Filling out basic reports on work carried out
- Ensuring a safe and clean workspace
Key selection criteria
- A trade certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Electrician or Boilermaking
- A current white card
- EWP, forklift, rigger, confined space and working at heights tickets will be highly regarded
