Manpower is currently seeking qualified Chefs to join a well‑established contract located at Puckapunyal Defence Base. This is a unique opportunity to work in a structured, high‑volume kitchen environment supporting Defence operations.

You'll be working in a mess hall setting, alongside experienced Lead Chefs, delivering quality meals in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

What's on Offer

• $38 per hour + Super
• Weekly pay
• Work available Monday to Sunday
• Flexible shifts - morning, afternoon, and evening
• Ongoing work with an immediate start

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and functions
• Work across multiple mess facilities on site
• Buffet‑style service for up to 150 personnel
• Food preparation and quality control
• Operate large‑scale commercial kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

Shift Times

• Breakfast: 5:00am - 1:00pm
• Lunch/Dinner: 11:30am - 7:30pm

About You

• Trade qualified Chef with HACCP knowledge
• Previous experience in a high‑volume commercial kitchen
• Australian Citizen with ability to pass a police check
• Flexible availability (even partial availability considered)
• Available to commence immediately
