Production Operator - Food Manufacturing

We are currently seeking reliable Production Operators to join a well‑established food manufacturing and distribution facility located in Heidelberg West.

• Casual role
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Approx. 20-37.5 hours per week
• Pay rate: $32.31 per hour + super

• Operating basic food production and packing machinery
• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Following all safety procedures and standard operating processes
• Assisting with ingredient preparation and basic mixing (under supervision)
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 15-20kg
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Able to work effectively under regular supervision in a fast‑paced environment
