Are you a reliable and safety-conscious individual with a forklift license? Join our team as a Production/Forklift Operator and play a key role in producing steel-reinforced concrete pipes in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What you'll do:

  • Perform daily pre-start checks on equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Prepare production tools such as ladders, stencils, and paint for the day's tasks.
  • Safely operate forklifts to move pipes, reinforcement cages, and materials.
  • Open moulds, remove finished pipes, and set up for the next production cycle.
  • Ensure high-quality output by inspecting pipes and addressing any issues.
  • Apply labels and conduct finishing tasks, including patching and cleaning pipes.
  • Maintain clean and organised work areas, ensuring all tools are stored correctly.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks and report any equipment defects promptly.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in concrete pipe production or related industries like steel, civil, or building.
  • A strong focus on safety and housekeeping.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Reliability and consistent attendance.
  • Willingness to gain additional certifications through company-paid courses.

Qualifications:

  • Driver's license.
  • Forklift license (essential).
  • EWP and Confined Space certifications (advantageous but not essential).
