Property Manager/Maintenance Coordinator | Docklands, Melbourne | $36-38/hr + Super

Are you passionate about property management and making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities? We're seeking a dedicated Property Specialist to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality housing solutions across Australia.

About the Role

As a Property Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and tailored to the needs of tenants. You'll coordinate repairs, maintenance, and modifications, working closely with internal teams, trades, and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Docklands, Melbourne, with flexible start/finish times (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm). The role includes participation in a rotating on-call weekend roster (shared among 4-5 team members).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property repairs, maintenance, and inspections
  • Coordinate trades and property visits
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Liaise with strata, body corporates, and external property managers
  • Prepare cost-effective proposals and manage budgets
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and OH&S standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide regular updates

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in property/project management (development, maintenance, or refurbishment)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of building compliance and safety standards
  • Ability to manage multiple properties remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
  • Budget management and reporting skills
  • White Card certification
  • Experience working with people with disabilities (highly regarded)
