About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll be hands-on across various stages of the manufacturing process, including:

• Operating and monitoring high-speed machinery
• Manual handling and packing of finished goods
• Quality checking and product inspection
• Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
• Following strict food safety and hygiene protocols

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or production (preferred)
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg
• Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transport and full availability for 12-hour shifts

Bonus Points For

• Forklift licence (LF)
• Experience with HACCP or GMP standards
• Previous work in chilled food environments
