Joining the Manpower team, you'll get the opportunity to support an existing client who has had recent growth. The role will see you based out on site and include day-to-day interaction with both the client and our casuals.
Role responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working alongside a resourcing team
- Interviewing Candidates
- Performance and Safety Management
- Daily interaction with clients, further developing existing relationships
- Facilitating inductions and training
To be successful in this role, the below requirements are ideal but not necessary:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent relationship building experience
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Current Driver's Licence
