High-Volume NBN Field Technician Ticket Coordinator

We are seeking a High-Volume NBN Field Technician Ticket Coordinator to manage the receipt, dispatch, and monitoring of work orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, supervisors, and client representatives. This position offers temp-to-perm opportunities based on individual performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and review system work orders, assessing scope and requirements.
• Assign contractors based on skill, location, and availability.
• Monitor work order progress, update systems daily, and flag risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with contractors and team members to negotiate solutions and ensure timely completion.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in a dispatch or work order environment.
• Exposure to high-volume NBN projects advantageous.
• Mid-level IT skills; familiarity with basic systems and processes.
• Adaptable, solution-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Systems / Software

• Simple, easily learned systems; Excel and data management skills are a plus but not essential.

Key Working Relationships

• Contractors, supervisors, and the broader internal team.
