The Export Coordinator is responsible for managing export orders from receipt through to shipment, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. This role is critical to supporting international customers and ensuring smooth export operations.

This role will be a short term opportunity for 6 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process export orders for manufactured goods
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including Certificates of Origin
• Ensure compliance with international trade and export regulations
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, internal teams, and external bodies
• Provide high-level customer service to international clients
• Maintain accurate records and data in internal systems
• Respond professionally to customer and stakeholder emails

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven export coordination experience (essential)
• Strong customer service background
• Experience using AX / Microsoft Dynamics
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Confident using the Victorian Chamber of Commerce portal for Certificates of Origin
• Excellent written email communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
