Manpower are currently looking for someone who just loves sales & customer service to be able to grow their desk to join our team in the heart of Adelaide to assist in our client growth and management of some of the best clients across the South Australian market.

No recruiting experience is necessary for this role as we want someone who has a bright personality & wants to learn and grow with the business. We have a wonderful, in-depth training program to assist you in your goals.

Our Adelaide team thrives on being client focused and building relationships with your candidates, working with a small team of consultants and support staff we strive to build recruitment partnerships rather than labour-hire agreements and look to offer a mature and self-managed environment with corporate and management support that enhances your role, not dictating it.

Joining the Manpower team, you'll get the opportunity to support existing client portfolio's across specialised recruitment and project account management alongside putting your own stamp on our business by bringing in your own recruitment partnerships.

The role will see you complete 360 recruitment, from job advertising, screening candidates, reference checking, interviewing and business development, but don't let that part scare you as you have support from the entire team and BD is not focused on cold calls.

If you have recruitment experience, that's great!! If not, we are here to help you through your training with our one of a kind training program and mentoring-ship.


To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A sales focus on building new relationships and managing a portfolio of clients
  • Knowledge of recruitment (Desirable not essential)
  • A valid driving licence and reliable vehicle
  • Great communication skills
  • Passion for people
  • Sales or customer service background
  • A can-do attitude
  • Be a team player
  • Love a challenge
