Key Objectives

Provide sales operations/administration support aligned to the ANZ Go-to-Market model, including sales specific data analytics/entry and sales opportunity management. Provide guidance and support in the sales process, setting cultural expectations with a can-do, hands-on attitude and be proactive in ensuring an end-to-end process on issues and obstacles that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissions support on behalf of Sales Segment (sales credit management)
  • Opportunity support management for Account Management team including liaising with external channel partners/re-sellers and Customers
  • Funnel reporting for Account Managers
  • Account Data Management
  • Customer contact data entry in CRM tool
  • Transnational support/requirements as requested by Sales Operations

Skills Required

  • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured sales environment.
  • Experience in Salesforce.com; Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel(advance level)
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work as a team player and to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated high-level of maturity and confidentiality.
  • Experience working within a high-technology business environment is preferred but not essential.
  • The ability to work with all stakeholders, professionally at all times
  • Minimum 2 x years experience in a similar role.
