📍 Location: Adelaide CBD - North Terrace
💲 Pay Rate: $33.31 per hour
🕒 Shifts (Ad-Hoc Basis):
* 8:30am - 1:15pm
* 1:15pm - 6:00pm
🚨 Start Date: Immediate | Casual/On-Call Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Switchboard Operator with basic administrative skills to join a respected organisation located in the Adelaide CBD. This is a casual, ad-hoc position ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys supporting teams and handling inbound calls in a professional setting.

  Manage the main switchboard and handle inbound calls promptly

  Transfer calls to relevant departments or take accurate messages

  Relay messages via email, including caller name, contact details, time, and message content

  Maintain a polite and confidential approach at all times

✅ Requirements

  Previous experience in switchboard, reception, or admin support (preferred)
