We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Dispatch team. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, while maintaining a high standard of communication and attention to detail.

General Requirements:

• Physically fit, resilient, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical skills and excellent communication (verbal and written) - these will be tested as part of the recruitment process
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Must have a reliable form of independent transport (public transport and drop-offs are not suitable due to shift requirements and site location)
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders within set timeframes while ensuring accuracy
• Processing invoices and consignments using an online freight portal
• Using ERP systems confidently (experience with Navision and Netsuite is highly regarded), along with Outlook and Excel
• Coordinating with internal teams to communicate order completion, discrepancies, delays, or stock issues
• Ensuring all dispatch processes are compliant with company procedures and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing, or logistics is highly desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Role Details:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
• Ongoing work with opportunities for growth and development within the business
