Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• 
  Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
• 
  Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• 
  Receive and check incoming goods against delivery documentation
• 
  Store goods accurately in the warehouse using RF scanners or manual systems
• 
  Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and cycle counts
• 
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• 
  Comply with all workplace health & safety standards and company policies
• 
  Support other warehouse duties as required

Required Skills and Experience

• 
  Valid Forklift Licence - essential
• 
  Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• 
  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• 
  Good communication and time-management skills
• 
  Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) - desirable
