They are currently seeking to appoint a talented Accounts Payable superstar to be located in the Brisbane based HQ.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable officer will be a key component in an exceptionally busy finance team with a wide variety of tasks on an initial 6 week contract. These may include but not be limited to:-

  • International Payables experience highly desirable

  • To key credit claims and invoices in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Must be organised and have a strong customer service (this is a very busy role)

  • Processing invoices accurately and timely

  • Processing Weekly/Monthly and Ad hoc payments

  • Accounts Receivable experience desirable but not essential



About you

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable officer and a great communicator. You enjoy building relationships and having collaboration with your team, in a positive environment. It's a small team so hands-on is the name of the game as is your focus on continuous improvement. You have exposure to a variety of systems and deem yourself "highly systems literate". Of course, you also bring excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, flexible attitude.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence

  • A detailed orientated and process driven individual who is passionate about developing and embedding best practice

  • Systems savvy, perhaps with Systems Accounting skills

  • Sound organisational and time management skills

  • A high degree of integrity, honesty, commitment, and responsibility
