Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Growth

• Acquire new StarCard merchants and help reduce out-of-network volume.
• Use reporting and analytics to identify new merchant opportunities.
• Conduct proactive outbound engagement to secure merchants by promoting the StarCard
• Ensure new merchants are onboarded and marketed to existing customers.
• Market existing merchants to drive in-network growth.
• Gather customer behaviour insights to support network planning.

Role Complexity / Requirements

• Growth and business development focus.
• Strong reporting and analytical capability.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face).
• Commercial mindset with understanding of business outcomes.
• Strong competitor and market intelligence.
• Ability to identify business improvements and resolve issues to support growth.
• B2B experience
