Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join our supply chain team. This part-time role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transport, freight, and inventory operations while acting as the central communication point between internal departments and external logistics partners. Strong SAP experience and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Details:

Location: Seven Hills, NSW

Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm

Type: Ongoing Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily road transport manifest reports
• Track and follow up on delivery status of consignments
• Act as the central contact for Customer Service, Procurement, and Warehouse teams
• Process and reconcile weekly invoices from local transport providers, 3PL partners, and international carriers
• Freight Management (Sea & Air)
• Obtain quotations and book shipments to meet delivery timelines
• Prepare and forward export documentation to forwarders and consignees
• Drop delivery dockets for intercompany consignments
• Import/Export Coordination
• File import documents in SharePoint and liaise with clearance agents
• Coordinate container arrivals and export loading sequences with the warehouse
• Monitor and update inventory information for 3PL-managed stock
• Process CHEP hire, transfer, and return transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Strong SAP knowledge (essential)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High accuracy and organisational ability
• Experience in logistics, freight, or transport coordination preferred
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and freight handling
