A unique opportunity available for a highly driven and professional administrator based in Sydney CBD (currently WFH). You will be supporting a progressive and driven Operations team. As the successful candidate, you will be professional, driven with a high attention to detail, managing several key responsibilities at once.

The role involves screening invoices provided by our clients to ensure that they meet the minimum criteria for our review process and ensuring that they are correctly submitted.

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

* close attention to detail - ensure that relevant information is collected from client before submitting for review and processed for correct customer
* stakeholder communications - working across the Sales / Account Development team
* process oriented - able to manage work that follows a process flow efficiently and effectively
* adaptable
