Customer Support Representative
Location - WFH/ Macquarie Park
Part Time - 15 hours to start with
Please Note - Due to stay at home requirements in NSW, this role will begin with approx 15 hours per week, increasing to a steady 20 hours per week. I envisage the hours will increase to full time hours during busy periods. Looking for someone with flexibility relating to hours.
Providing support via email, telephone and online to customers in New-Zealand and Australia. To pet owners and to business customers.
Back-up support to biopharma customer service team as required (eg. Answering phones and order entry, holiday cover).
Direct contact with individual customers to troubleshoot, solve their issues & escalate as appropriate (Connected technical Products - think pets and phone based apps).
Use of all online systems to support customer service provision.
Work with fulfilment centres to ensure smooth provision of customer service.
Support of ongoing business operations, including the use of new systems, occasional order taking, sales administration, and trouble shooting.
Experience & Skills
1- 2 years of Customer service experience
CRM usage experience
Working with a technical product
B2B customer support and order processing for Australia and New Zealand
Experience using order management systems such as SAP or other ERP
Tech savvy, computer savvy and an excellent communicator
