Services to be delivered: Data Centre Operations Managed Support
100% onsite you will be required to travel between data centre sites across NSW (own car is essential)
- Shift work
- Work schedule will be rostered
- Required to work overtime
- Required to work alternate Saturdays (weekend work)
Essential Skills:
- Communication & Stakeholder management
- Datacentre environmental awareness
- Good interpersonal skills
Daily Tasks:- Assist end client in their daily operations of their environment, with tasks ranging from
- Hardware maintenance support including HPE, IBM, Sun servers
- Provisioning services
- Capacity and inventory management
- IMAC services
- DC walkthrough and escort services
- Media management
- Governance and reporting as required by the customer
