Job description


The Associate Divisional Controller supports several business divisions by providing financial reporting, analysis, and commercial advice. The role helps management understand financial performance, plan budgets and forecasts, and make informed business decisions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a finance business partner to divisions including Home Comfort and Global Real Estate.

  • Prepare and deliver monthly business reports (MBR), forecasts, and business plans.

  • Monitor financial performance and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

  • Conduct profitability analysis, project costings, and investment evaluations.

  • Ensure financial data is accurate, compliant, and reported on time.

  • Manage cost centre reporting and financial tracking for relevant divisions.

  • Coordinate internal financial processes, including transfer pricing and internal reporting.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across finance, accounting, and operational teams.

  • Prepare financial justifications for projects and investments.

Key Requirements


  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA/CA preferred).

  • Minimum 3+ years commercial finance or controlling experience.

  • Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting processes.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI or similar systems.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
