About the Opportunity
As an Area Manager, you'll take ownership of a specific operational zone within our the new facility.
You will play a critical role in establishing standards, implementing workflows, coaching teams, and ensuring your area runs safely, efficiently, and accurately. This is hands?on leadership with real influence, especially in a start?up environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop frontline teams to deliver daily operational targets
- Manage performance across accuracy, safety, productivity, and customer requirements
- Create and implement processes in a brand?new environment
- Support layout planning, workflow design, and operational readiness
- Drive continuous improvement as the site grows and scales
- Collaborate closely with other Area Managers to keep the operation running smoothly
About You
We're looking for leaders who:
- Have experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations
- Know how to motivate and coach teams
- Excel in fast?moving, high?volume environments
- Are confident problem?solvers with strong communication skills
- Want to help shape a new operation from the ground up
