Logistics Coordinator - Part Time (Pathway to Full Time)

This role starts at a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase your hours as you develop your skills and take on more responsibility.

If you have experience in Exports, Imports, Road Transport, and some exposure to SAP, we want to hear from you. We are also open to candidates who are eager to learn-training will be provided.

About the Role

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily transport, freight, and inventory operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure shipments are managed efficiently and documentation is accurate and compliant.

This role is fully onsite-you'll be working closely with the operations team to support real-time logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities and maintain the road transport manifest.
• Track and follow up on delivery status for all consignments.
• Act as a central communication point for Customer Service, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
• Process and reconcile weekly invoices from transport providers, freight carriers, and 3PL partners.
• Manage sea and air freight bookings, obtain quotes, prepare export documentation, and liaise with forwarders.
• Support import and export operations, including filing documents and coordinating container movements.
• Update inventory information and assist with 3PL stock management.
• Process CHEP hire, transfer, and return transactions accurately.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Export & Import logistics and Road Transport coordination.
• Basic SAP knowledge (essential).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn, grow your responsibilities, and transition into increased hours.
