We're actively hiring experienced IT Project Managers to lead and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple enterprise environments. These are contract opportunities within high-performing PMO functions, supporting programs of work spanning digital enablement, regulatory change, infrastructure uplift, and cloud adoption.
You'll be responsible for owning the full project lifecycle - from initiation and planning to execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery - across complex technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management across technology, business, and compliance domains
• Engage and manage internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and delivery teams
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and financial controls
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining strong governance
• Drive delivery excellence using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

What You'll Bring:

• 5-10+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager in complex enterprise environments
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects across domains such as:
  • Digital platforms (web, mobile, customer-facing solutions)
  • Regulatory compliance or risk management (e.g., APRA, CPS 230)
  • Core system upgrades or migrations
  • Cloud transformation (Azure, AWS, hybrid)
  • Infrastructure refresh or cybersecurity programs
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in matrixed organisations
• Experience with PM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarity

Desirable:

• Financial services, banking, insurance or government experience
• Relevant certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent
• Exposure to business case development and benefits realisation
