High Reach Forklift Operator - Campbelltown

Are you an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator looking for stable, ongoing work with great hours and a supportive team? Our client in Campbelltown is seeking a reliable operator to join their warehouse operations in a long‑term role.

About the Role:

This position involves a mix of high reach forklift operation and manual labour. You'll be responsible for handling archive boxes, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment.

Key Details:

Shift: Monday-Friday, 5am-1pm
Pay Rate: $35.11 per hour
Location: Campbelltown, NSW
Workload: 60-70% forklift operation, 20-30% manual labour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a high reach forklift safely, including double deep racking
• Retrieve, store, and transport archive boxes accurately
• Pick and move records to fulfil customer orders
• Assist with manual handling and general labour tasks
• Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
• Complete pre‑operational checks and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid LF forklift licence
• POLICE CHECK PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT
• Proven experience with high reach and double deep racking
• LO licence/experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience advantageous
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual handling
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse with high racking
