They are seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor - Line Marking, to join their Eastern Region (NSW) Infrastructure Services team, based at their Sydney office.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional, with a strong background in line marking and civil infrastructure operations, ideally within a supervisory or management capacity.

Reporting to the Department Manager, this key leadership position will provide support, guidance, and operational direction to project delivery teams across multiple projects throughout metropolitan and regional NSW.

In this role, you will oversee resource management, client relationships, and compliance with company procedures, while promoting a strong safety-first culture. As part of the senior leadership team, you will also contribute to business planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and profitable project delivery strategies that support the region's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational oversight and leadership across several line marking projects
  • Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to achieve quality outcomes
  • Lead by example to uphold a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and accountability
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and safety requirements
  • Support, mentor, and develop team leaders and operational staff
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to regional growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Current White Card
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence (HR Licence desirable)
  • Proven roadwork and line marking experience
  • A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership
  • Willingness to work overtime and night shifts as required
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away from home throughout NSW when needed
