We are currently seeking an Administration Coordinator for an immediate start for our client based in Merewether for an immediate start.

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the sales and operations of the logistics teams by tracking client orders, client status updates, inbound and outbound phone calls as well as assisting with generation and placement of client orders.

What we require:

  • Experience in customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be available Monday to Friday
  • Can start immediately
  • Current drivers license and reliable transport
