Scope of work: Installation of HP Mini desktop with single /dual monitor setup
- All required hardware will be available at the central location.
- The technician needs to move the required hardware to the users' desks. The floor plan will be provided before the installation.
- Technician to unpack the hardware and install the HP Mini desktop with keyboard, mouse, network cable and monitor. Turn on the PC to verify the PC is loading windows, check the connected accessories are working and leave at the login screen.
- Technicians require to fill out the signoff sheet (Serial number and asset number of the new PC & Monitors ) and send it to HP once the job has been completed.
- Pack all the rubbish into the empty boxes and move to the central location as per the instructions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- PC hardware and peripherals
- PC support skills
- Image transfer
- Data transfer
- Installing computers and peripherals
