Role: Unified Communications Engineer / Site Engineer
Location: Perth, WA
Pay rate: Open
Duration:long term
* Hands-on experience in operation and management of Unified Communications and Networks.
* Operational experience and troubleshooting skills with large UC deployments.
* Experience with the Cisco UC Suite, including CUCM, TMS, Immersive and Webex Room hardware.
* Understanding and experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub
* Experience with MS Teams Meetings and telephony solutions, MS Teams Rooms and Surface Hubs, as well as integration with Exchange/Office 365 Unified Messaging.
* Experience with online conferencing platforms such as Webex, Zoom, BlueJeans.
* Cisco Networking experience.
* Cisco Call manager/Unified Communications experience.
* Understanding of TCP/IP.
* Understanding of basic LAN switching/config/changes.
* Understanding and experience/interacting with MS Active Directory
* Understanding and experience with ticketing systems and process such as ServiceNow
