We are seeking exceptional team members to join our Manpower team on a casual basis to work with our client.
The role which you will undertake will be a Maintenance Operative working on reactive maintenance, planned works, ongoing maintenance (sewer and water).
Ideally we are looking for a candidate that has at least 3 years of maintenance experience either in the water or sewer field.
For your hard work and commitment we can offer you an hourly wage that sits between $35 and $41 per hour depending on experience. This role also has the view to become permanent in the future.
Your duties will consist of the following, but not limited to:
- Maintenance on water and sewer pipes
- Manual handling
- Keep records of completed tasks
- Meet job output, quality, and safety requirements
- Use initiative to undertake tasks safely and in the most efficient manner
- Work to achieve time and cost schedules as part of a site team
- Provide effective communication & exceptional customer experience.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- Medium rigid truck licence, confined space trained, fall from heights trained.
- Excavator ticket, spotters ticket, AC removal ticket desirable.
- Use a mobile device and close off jobs.
- Must work well in a team.
