The role
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, the Sales Manager Waste Water will join the Water Sales Division. You will be responsible for hunting and farming opportunities within Waste Water services, including sales of decanters and separation equipment predominantly.
You will be tasked with the following duties:
- Sales responsibility of decanters, separation equipment, and other relevant products for wastewater applications
- Developing quotes based on the customers individual needs
- Selling the benefits of the product offering
- Utilising the CRM tool for qualitative data, designed to support the sales process
- Actively mentor Field Sales Engineer on the sales process
- Reviewing and executing contracts
- Liaise with the global sales teams to support onshore and international customers
- Support the customers during the execution phase as well as across the product lifecycle
About You
To be considered for the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- An engineering background or experience in a Wastewater or a mechanical sales environment
- Experience with the sales of decanters and separation equipment
- Excellent people and relationship-buildings skills matched with strong networking skills
- Experience analysing complex data
- A drive to deliver results.
- Positive energy, clear customer focus, an aptitude for learning
- The ability to drive continuous improvement innovation,
- Refining systems and processes.
