ManpowerGroup is actively engaging with a Federal Government department that is now looking for Administrative Team Leaders to join their team in January 2021 on a 2 year contract!
This is an APS3 role, and you will be supervising the day-to-day tasks of a small team.
What to expect:
- Assist with corporate governance activities
- Support information management processes, including records management and archiving
- Process employee leave requests, advise on company allowances and be a point of contact for any queries
- General administrative assistance
- Mentor and train the administration assistants
About you:
- You have experience in a similar environment, where you've been the go to person for any operational escalations
- You are an excellent communicator
- You love a busy, fast pace environment and you bring the energy daily
- You're known for your professionalism and delivering tasks on time
Important to note - you must be an Australian Citizen and have baseline clearance (or ability to obtain) to be selected for this role.
