Manpower is Actively engaged in Federal and State Government and is now searching for an experienced Digital Lead to join a communication and marketing division. As the Digital Lead you'll be responsible for the management and implementation of all forms of marketing, communications (Internal and External), media and public affairs for the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Drupal experience working on management for large scale websites as well as experience with custom web forms including awareness of configuration synchronisation
- Utilising an account service-based structure to manage internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and account management
- Provide solutions through gathered evidence for improving digital platforms
- Providing support to the overall team, managers and the agency coordinating on the consistency of communication and media strategies
- Support and promote major events, sponsorship and outreach/promotional activities
- Improve customer satisfaction through customer insights and research
About you:
- Drupal web content administration and management experience
- Experience working on large scale projects with Drupal, Google tracking manager and analytics
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with demonstrated abilities to network with internal and external stakeholders
- High degree of initiative and innovation to deliver results and solution outcomes
- Ability to work well under pressure when provided with challenging tasks
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and prioritise workloads
Required skills and Qaulifications:
- Desirable - Masters degree in communications and media or Experience working in the field
- Experience working with Drupal
