Primary responsibilities:

  • Actioning ANZ HR transactional requests in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and recording confidential information, e.g., employee files
  • Actioning follow ups or escalations as required
  • Interacting with customers and stakeholders to deliver ANZ HR transaction requirements
  • Updating all business communications, e.g., InfinNet, Team Site, Quick Reference Guides, Forms
  • Preparing reports assisting in planning and setting up logistics for the team using communication tools
  • Building strong working relationships with candidates, clients and internal team
  • Engage in continuous improvement methods to enhance workflow
  • Track and analyse data to minimise interview rescheduling
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team

About You:

  • You have relevant degree in HR or related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • You have exceptional customer service skills `
  • You have intermediate Microsoft application skills
  • You are natural when it comes to building relationships and communicating with others, whether it is verbal or written and have had experience dealing with customers and clients
  • You learn quickly, meet deadlines, and can work in highly pressured environment
  • You enjoy working as a team and are highly collaborative
  • Be highly organised and efficient in managing time
