We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Fitter / Technician to join one of WA's fastest growing manufacturing machine specialists. The role will see you work closely with our welding and electrical teams constructing high end production machinery used for the manufacturing of residential and commercial timber frames.
This position will see you assembling frames, rollers, conveyor units, hydraulic/pneumatic actuators alongside conduction pre-site and factory testing.
Role will involve but not limited to:
- Assemble and fit machined parts
- Installation of mechanical and electrical components including rollers, motors and structural frames
- Fabrication and fitment of brackets and mechanical fixings
- Following construction drawings
We'll need you to have:
- Trade Certificate within mechanical fitting, fitter machinist or Boiler making
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work within the overall production team in fabrication / assembly and commissioning of equipment
- WA Driving License
- Strong and practical attitude to safe working practices
