About the Company

Our new Property Transaction Coordinator will be working for an organisation assisting both commercial and residential customers. By managing critical infrastructure and keeping the economy running, you will be part of an organisation that prioritises its customers and deliver innovative solutions to the community.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Property Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and completing property documentation which can include easements, leases, and caveats. Simultaneously they will be coordinating payments of outgoings such as utilities, leases, rates, and land tax. Other duties include:

  • Manage the preparation and issuing of standard template documents for the real estate team
  • Ensure timely payment of land tax and council rates, and following up on outstanding property matters
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders, input and updating data in property management system
  • Implementing and recommending continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities
  • Transitioning from paper-based operations to digital (you will be assisted by someone on this project)

Prerequisites

We are not only looking for a motivated candidate, but someone who is curious and willing to identify opportunities for improvement throughout their daily work. You do not need a Real Estate background and we are happy to interview anyone willing to start their career in an entry-level role.

Tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Business or relevant experience in Real Estate is desirable, however we open to candidates that are willing to learn and hold proficient MS Office skills. SAP knowledge and experience may also give you an advantage.

Location

Sitting at the heart of the Melbourne CBD, this a 6-month contract Property Transaction Coordinator role, with a pay rate ranging from $45 - 55 per hour, plus superannuation. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed with the client.
