Accountabilities
- Lead and design solution options in terms of costs, benefits, risks and architectural alignment for all related project teams and digital products.
- Conduct detailed solution or technology assessments, taking into consideration product suitability and value for money in terms of cost, quality and suitability.
- Guide tech leads with CRM Application Architecture and designs that are fit for purpose and cost-effective across multiple digital products.
- Lead the integration elements of the Solar Victoria Retailer, the Solar Victoria Application portal & CRM.
- Generate solution overviews, proof-of-concept designs/applications while gathering initial system landscapes relating to Solar Victoria projects.
- Drive architecture principles, policies, standards, guidelines and models.
- Unify architectural and technical information into as built and solution architecture documentation.
- Lead IT strategy, develop and maintain solution roadmaps, technology selection and innovation initiatives.
- Lead the innovation and pre-delivery work and work closely with additional Business Analysts and Project Managers to deliver these projects.
- In the area of Solution Architecture, represent the interests of Solar Victoria and its customers across the Victorian Public Sector, ensuring outcomes maintain a reputation for excellence.
