UX Researcher /Designer
THE TEAM
Operating as a leading banking and Financial group, they are continuing to innovate and are looking to bring in an UX Researcher/Designer to join a fast paced project team.
You will coordinate and facilitate research internally and with external design agencies. Explore behaviours and motivations of customers, and guide the teams to understand the customers needs with the products and services.
You will and working with teams of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape the delivery of digital products and services.
YOU WILL BRING IN
3-5 years working as part of a design research team (Finance/Insurance /Consultancy preferred)
Planning and facilitating different testing methodologies - Lab, unmoderated remote usability, guerrilla, contextual inquiry, card sorting, session recording and split testing with outstanding writing, editing, and proofing skills with reports, copy and proposals
Experienced in writing discussion/test guides and briefing external research agencies
Experience of the application of design methodologies - Design Thinking, Customer Centred Design (CCD), Human-Centred Design (HCD)
UX tools - (UX) research, customer interviews, insight synthesis, persona creation, User Experience research, analysis, market comparisons
Worked with Agile, Lean, Sprint and common collaboration tools-Jira or Trello
Graduate or technical accreditation in design, or innovation-related business programs highly regarded
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to the business stakeholders
