The purpose of this role is to provide high level administration, coordination and project support in relation to VRQA functions, governance systems and resources, and to the VRQA Board.
The position is responsible for crucial planning, organising and administration tasks related to Board appointments and membership, Board meetings and events, and internal corporate systems and events.
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to work independently, display a 'can-do' attitude, be a strong team player and actively contribute to the development of a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and flexibility. High level written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding attention to detail are a must. There is an important record-keeping component to the role, including support to the organisation's Freedom Of Information function.
