About the Company

Our client is a specialised legal firm that operates from two locations in New South Wales. The firm is well known for Commercial, Property and Estate law.

Currently they are seeking a Senior Lawyer (minimum 5 years post qualification experience) to join a superb cultured organisation working on with a diverse property clientele.

The role

As Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling an array of real estate matters including, but not limited to:

  • Property development; land subdivisions, residential and commercial
  • Property investment leasing
  • Due diligence
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Title structuring
  • Drafting easements
  • Restriction of use
  • Positive covenants

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 5 years' PQE in complex property law and leasing matters
  • Conveyancing
  • Leasing
  • Business transactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The willingness to take initiative
  • The ability to work autonomously and are self-motivated
  • Outstanding attention to detail
