Our client runs a global team, their Merchant Services teammates are currently located in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Amsterdam, and London. They all about celebrating differences and standardising best practices whilst sharing their valuable learning's with each other. They are super communicators and collaborate closely with expert Relationship managers, Sales & Partnerships teams to service and delight their customers. Being a Finance company, they are also naturally obsessed with ensuring airtight security alongside the Compliance and On boarding teams.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs for both our inside sales teams and external business partners. They will possess exceptional teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to deliver effective on-site and online training independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for inside sales teams and external business partners.
  • Build an effective training matrix for the local team, including SOPs, curriculum development, result evaluation, and internal knowledge base.
  • Create training content covering selling points and pitching strategies tailored to diverse customer segments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Bridge communication between teams based in China and local teams/clients
  • Mandarin speaking preferred.
  • Engage in occasional business travels as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Native speaker of the local language with fluency in English or Mandarin.
  • 2 years of working experience; sales representative or sales trainer experience preferred.
  • Experience with Internet companies, cross-border e-commerce businesses, or corporate training agencies is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Curiosity about people, cultures, and different ways of working.
  • Positive outlook on life and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High degree of integrity, honesty, commitment, and responsibility.
