What's the role?
We are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Controller to join our team based in Altona North reporting directly to the National Fleet & Maintenance Manager. Working closely with our Vic Transport Manager and Compliance Manager you will assist with day to day heavy vehicle maintenance and scheduling of work to resolve issues and maintain our maintenance management system.

What you need is:
- Motor Industry Trade Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of heavy vehicle industry
- Current HC Licence preferred (HR is essential)
- Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance software systems and purchase ordering/invoicing systems
- Ability to analyse and interpret detailed service, compliance and maintenance data/results
- Data entry and computer skills
- Strong relationship building with suppliers
- An eye for detail and be self-motivated
- Be a team player, have a positive attitude and have the ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
